By submitting a form or providing your phone number to Texas Event Team, you consent to receive communication related to your staffing application, reservation request, employment inquiry, or event follow-up. We may contact you by email, phone, or SMS as needed to manage your request.

Text messaging is used for service-related updates, scheduling follow-up, status notifications, and important event information. Message frequency varies and may be limited to time-sensitive updates or follow-up from your application or request.

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for assistance. Message and data rates may apply. We will not send promotional or marketing content without your clear consent.

Website and form use

You agree to provide accurate information when submitting a form. Texas Event Team uses this information to evaluate applications and staffing requests, schedule team members, and communicate with you about service availability or event coordination.

Limitation of liability

Texas Event Team provides staffing, coordination, and event support services as a business service. While we aim to maintain accurate communication and staffing updates, we are not responsible for delays caused by factors outside our control including venue changes, staffing shortages, weather, or third-party issues.
